Don't
know what on earth the "big flasher" is, or how the
"flashing photo" was made. Devilishly curious, I must
say. I was observing that very storm on TV here in Huntsville
when it suddenly starting "simmering down" rapidly. In
the photo sequence, that would appear to coincide with the "big
flasher." Hey, maybe some of our guys are getting wise and
beginning to negate some of the "free range" weather
engineering the bad guys have been doing.
